Overclocking an AMD Duron w/ stock AMD fan/heatsink

I have a 1.313 AMD Duron on a Gigabyte 7DX(R) mobo I would like to overclock.

I can look up some guides for how to do it, but I don't have any way to measure CPU temps, nor do I know how fast I should move up on speed.

Could someone give me a handle on how high I could go OC'ing this with the stock fan/HS?

um hehe, i wouldnt overclock with the stock cpu, there are some options on monitering the temps. there should be somthing in the bios that says the temperature, or the mobo manufacturor should have some utilities for that as well.

Are you sure? The mobo is at least 2-3 years old, doesn't it require an actual piece of equipment built into the hard drive?
