first time builder has stupid question

I am putting in some extra fans and i want them to blow in on my harddrive.How do I know which way they blow?

Just connect it to the power and feel which way it blows. Then install it so it blows the right way.

Make sure it doesn't interfere with the overall direction of air in your case. (should be front to back)

You should get 1 120mm fan instead of buying multiple 80mm fans.

There are usually arrows on the side of the fan indicating the direction of air flow.

usually intake is towards the side which has the plastic cross supports for the motor

yes 120mm fans pull more air and are quieter than 80mm fans just one can do the job of three. it saves you power, is far quieter, and one fan is always easier to install than three.

the man is 100% right, i have 6 or 7 80 mm's and its like a jet engine, and its loud as ****
