ALRIGHT problem solved

turns out all i had to do was go into my advanved options (f8) and then click on something that said "boot with last known working configuration" and now it works.....i dont know why i couldnt see that before LOL

now i still haev to figure out what that other thing is..... in my other post the csrss.exe one danm it never ends.

OKay so you got the rebooting to stop. Just got to solve the other issue with the csrss.exe. Have you done all the scans? AV, spyware, malware and such?

Try using Avast or NOD32 for AV. Malware M$ has the best tool.

Spyware you have many options but i would say Windows Defender Beta 2. Best one in my opinion.

kinda i ran the maleware one and then the ccleaner but thats it and then i did something else and i ran a norton antivirus scan demo and it got rid of my other problem.
