Overclocking Question

Checking out my friends rig...and he doesn't have many options in his bios. it has a 3.0ghz P4...but his bios has very few options...any ideas?

Nope...he got some of the components from his friend who just switched to amd

Do you know what motherboard it is?

As long as he has PCI lock, and the ability to change the bus speed he can overclock, but he will probally hit the limit of the ram quite early on as I assume it is generic/value.

Ok flashed his bios...got some new options...sooo hopefully i can figure it out now

Alright it looks like his bus speeds and things are locked...can't change them?

Well if the FSB options are locked looks like your pretty much screwed. What brand/model of motherboard does your friend have?
