the annoying iCq homepage,every time all pop up when you start up icq?!

my issue Every time i start up icq,it all pop up the homepate,it is really annoying and bored .i cant really stand it any more.i hate that.every time it is all so.How to disable and terminate the homepage window pop ???WHO could give me some help.

PLEASE TELL ME HOW TO KILL IT.

ICQ is soo disorganised with their menus. Takes me about 15 minutes to find where i need to kill all the sound fx.
