I would think about purchasing an Opteron or an X2 Athlon 64 over that single core AMD. Stick with the AMD Processor but look at the dual core processors, the price difference is very little but buying the X2 processor will give you a better performance and future proof it for a little while. The clock speed is a little lower than the 3700+ but the fact that it is dual core will cover that it also has 2 X 512 Mb L2 cache, which compensates. But I think everybody realises that the Clockspeed isn't always the thing with processors now.
Look for a better price on the build, 200 for a build is not great, talk to all your family friends and anybody who does anything with I.T and Computer Construction, might save your pennies for a game and a better processor.
