Backing up my computor, with a Ex. harddrive.

I have a exturnal hard drive, and I want to back up my hard drive on it.

I tryed copy and pasteing it, but it gives me a error, and says ''Can't copy Pagefile: it is being used by another program" or something like that.

are there anyprograms that will copy it onto my ex. hardrive?

why do you want to backup the pagefile?

i dunno, I just want to backup my whole harddrive.

then use drive imaging software , like acronis trueimage

I use acronis and make an image of the whle hdd

use the ultility that came with the hdd. what's the name of the hdd?
