found a new user on my computer... worried

the last few times i've turned on my computer, it goes to the welcome menu and has you choose a user. except my user is the only one there.
i thought this was odd so i went into user accounts in control panel and found another user:

ASP.NET Machine A...
Limited Account
Password protected

has anybody seen this before? i know nobody in my family set this up. anyways im worried on what it is... should i delete it? if i did though would it haev a negative affect on my computer?

I have had this on two of my computers and deleted the account and the file ASAP. But I think I did wrong, hope not lol.

i saw that after i installed microsoft.NET installer.

i dld that .NET thing a few days ago for purpepwnage vids. thats proly why. so should i delete it?

ok, actually, this is extremely normal. theres nothing to worry about, even though i delete it because its useless...its 99% most likely not some intruder

Yea no big deal. I personally always delete the account and all files so windows will boot right to the desktop in a single user home env. rather than having the welcome screen show up.
