i got my P$ 2.66ghz (same CPU) up to 3.2GHz but i had to screw around with volts and ram timing and what not

Put the voltage up a little bit. I'm talking as little as possible. Maybe your BIOS is set to shutdown the computer when the cpu hits like 60*C or something. Screw around with some settings in your BIOS and you'll find an answer. Also are you using a ram divider, if not try testing your ram.

hey man i can see your helping with ocing again

i got my cpu stable and 3.2GHz but i leave it at 3Ghz when im not benching or at a lan party/gaming
