800 dollar build budget for gaming comp

I dont know much but my dad knows about how to build one and he told me to get some suggestion and **** help me build it all i want is the bes gaming pc for 800 dollars.

the good graphics card cost between $400-600. I'd recommend the ATI x1900xtx. you can get it refurbished for less than $500.
