im having a problem with my pc when i hit the restart button *via both windows and by just pushing the restart button*. i have to turn my pc off for atleast 30 seconds usually before i can turn it back on and then it works. If i hit restart the pc lights up, everythings spinning but nothing happens on screen *just blank*. ive checked everything to do with cables and run memtest for a few hours with no errors.
i have 1 intake fan, 1 side fan, 1 exhaust, zalman cooler on vga, vapo microchill for cpu and heat spreaders from crucial so everythings running cool.
i think it is the power supply or a defective motherboard? can anyone help
