web cam project

Hi:

I just received a WEb cam Live ! Pro.

I need to do this:

I need to have a view of the camera available for a group of people that can access it through the web.

These camera has an option for remote monitoring, I'm guessing this will be the options that I will need to use.

It has also an option to use a FTP....how can I use all these to get these project done.?

These is the deal.

I work at a call center.. There is one in costa rica, another one is dublin and another one in Brussels.
I'm in charge of starting the project in Costa Rica. They gave me a web cam Live! Pro. I need to project a view of the call center from the camera that they gave me and once that is set up the people from dublin and brussels need to be able to see it bi loggin in to a web page or a computer o whatever... Once that is done. I need to do the same thing on Dublib and Brussels. But once I have Costa Rica ready. The other 2 call centers will be easier.
