Ok, my gaming PC is ugly, and loud, except for the case, so I thought I would shell out about 100$ to make it look (and perform) a little better. Tell me what you think:

if the comp is noisey, i denify what is making the noise and get a new one of them, wether it be psu, hsf, ect

How much of a performance gain would I gain on a 3700+ with water cooling? I was thinking about OC'ing it, in which case I would buy either a high-end cpu cooler or a water cooling kit, but right now, I am not sure.

What does a Fan Controller do? I know nothing about them.
