Getting my Ram Tomorrow!

Alrighty, my 1 Gig of DDR 500 ram is coming in tomorrow! 1 stick of G.skill ram.... what would be the best settings for this if i wanted to run it at 2.8 ghz?? would it be best to keep it at 1:1 overclocking it like my compaq ram, or lowering it....

you'd have to run the RAM at 280MHZ with a 1:1 ratio.
