I'm running prime 95..and i guess i'm wondering if its okay to be doing other things while its running?? cuz if so.. then i should stop now.. haha..

yea its fine...be sure to set priority to normal for Prime95 with task manager (alt+Ctrl+delete)

Just don't try to do anything to intensive. Playing music and surfin the web should be fine.

okay cool.. its only been on maybe 15 min and its been at 39.5-40.5, hasnt budged anything under or over the whole time... i'm running aim and surfin the web keepin my temp reader and task manager up.... running the torture test.. hopefully the temps stay there so when i get my new ram this week i can up the clockspeeds

wow my compaq ram is running at ddr 500!!! i had no clue!!! wowie!!!

those of you with your compaq sr series be proud of your ram! value ram at its best!

haha, i don't care who believes me! its running that! and i'm impressed.. keeping me at 2.5 ghz... 1:1 ratio! ... althought i am tossing it out when my actual ddr500 ram comes in monday or tuesday... maybe i can run them all together at ddr500... until i sell the compaq that is...
