i would but im getting this cause i got a 1.7 ghz cpu and ram for it already... this is temporary....after like 6 months ill upgrade

dude socket 939 is for AMD. He has an intel chip and he wants intel. I'd say go wiht an Asus board they make good motherboards especially for intel. That motherboard that you showed is a good oen for $25 though.
