well i started oc'ing my 6600 today and i got it up from 290/261 to 505/312. i'd say thats a not bad oc and it can go farther since no artifacts have appeared yet. im uisng ati tool right now and im wondering how long should i keep the artifact scanner running? well im kind of worried about heat now since this video card doesnt have a temp monitor on it. so im guessing by now its getting pretty hot. so if anyone has a reccomendation on what i could use. o and ive ran the artifact scanner for about 5 min and no errors :D
 
You can buy the Zalman VF700-CU, or teh cheaper ALCU. Keep in mind all copper is better ;) . Want to OC more, buy the zalman :D
 
alright thanks, and just an extra question, is it realy big because my pci-e slot is right next to an pci slot do if the cooler is too big it wont fit.
