Video Card Upgrade

I have a EVGA 6600GT.
PCI-E 128MB

I have a 200$ budget. Any sugjestions? Or sould i save up for new cards?

uh the 7900 will be around 600 dollars... when it comes out u could either get the 6800gs which is 150 or when the 7900 comes out the 7800gt will go down to 200 i suppose

6800 gs cost 169 bucks in newegg. a mid-rang card that would last you for some time before dx10 kicks in the main stream

I would like to stick with the nvidia...

new budget 400$
IS sli ing any good?
if i slid two 7900 would that be really fast?
or is the buck not worth the bang?

400 dollars for SLI = no
SLI = no anyways
7900 = 500-600 dollars
X1900XT > 7800GTX 256MB > 7800GT

keep it, 6600GT is good enough to last you until dx10 but it just wont give u the eye candy
