klinked mobo+cpu and linked power??

ok hello.. i have a spare 400 mhz server motherboard and cpu and a 166 mhz motherboard and cpu, the 400 is a pentium 2 and the 166 is a pentium.is there a way i can link them 2gether to get 566 mhz of power???
