I think my video card is dying

lately, i've been noticing a lot of lag during gaming that i don't normally get. i've searched for viruses, spyware, and adware, but nothing comes up.

here's my system:

Intel P4 2 GHZ cpu
Dell mobo
256mb rambus ram pc 800
nvidia geforce 2 400mX (or sumthing like that)

just medal of honor allied assault. nothing special...

i guess that i should also add that the card is going at 100% and getting less than 10 FPS vs the 50-60 FPS we were getting before.
