x2 3800+ overclocks

nope. still nothing man, i just tried to up it from 1.50 to 1.75/2.0 but nothing is making it work.

its strange, its like if i have it running at 210..as soon as i put it at 211 it doesnt want to know..

something doest seem right. how can i read everyone else is having great results, and mine be this god dam hard to OC

careful man. i think you need to do some more research on overclocking. you don't want to push for a cpu voltage any higher than 1.75v on an E die cpu like yours.

running dual prime at 2.5 ghz. hoping to have it stABLE HERE. IM GETTING new ram(ocz gold 2gb) whihc i hear is good for OC and a bigger case sp better airflow and temps sp i may even be able to go higer. i cant seem to find where tp chjange vcore in BIOS, where is it? im at 1.49 now cause thats what it came stock

on that mobo it should be in "GenieBios Setting".

thas what i thought but the "cpu core" or w/e voltage is greyed off so i cant change it, is it another setting not called "vcore" or "core voltage" that i need ro change?

i'm not at home right now but i think it's that there is a setting there that alternates between automatic voltage selection and manual voltage selection
