Nero problems

installed nero with new burner. Dvd r/w. Ive wrote nero 500 emails and they suck customer support wise. i get this error at nero boot. plz help me if u can. ty

What version of Nero is it? If it is Nero 7, that pretty well says it all. I found 7 to be extremely flaky, and ended up going back to 6.
