Which Video Card to buy?

Guys im having trouble picking out a video card, cause it looks like i cant go for the 7800.....2 expensive and goes over my budget.

I need the next best thing and under $500 or so.

You're looking at the GTX512, which is a total waste because for about $500, you can get an X1900XT, which will beat the crap out of the GTX512. Yes, the GT is good, but if you can afford an X1900XT, get it.

For ATI you would want ATI lol
For nVidia you would want eVGA, Leadtek, BFG.

X1900XT > 7800GTX > 7800GT

k i decided to get the 7800 GT, i've looked at reviews for the cards by BFG XFX and eVGA, now i need help to pik one, im thinking XFX. Any suggestions?

eVGA hands down

then BFG, then no 7800GT then dirt then XFX

though the X1900XT whips the 7800GT
