Should I replace my Shuttle SN41G2 with this?

So I've been looking at upgrading to a full size ATX computer with lots of room and a PCIx16 slot for a few months now, and am seriously considering doing it sometime this semester.
My Shuttle's specs are all in my sig, and here are the components that I chose for its replacement:

Total is $696 with shipping to my area.

One of my buddies offered me $600 for my system only (no USB drive or monitor), keeping in mind that everything inside of it is brand new, just upgraded this month.

So should I go ahead with this upgrade? Or would it not be worth it?

Also, if you guys can think of any improvements over this system, go ahead and let me know, but please keep it under $700-$750 with shipping. (Shipping is approx. $40)

Hmm well it's not a bad system, I've used several of those exact parts... But I would suggest waiting. Buy a computer in June-ish when socket AM2 comes out. Reason being, if you buy a s754 system now, you are stuck on the low end. If you buy a s939 your out of your budget. sAM2 will have everything from Sempon, to the FX line. That way you can buy cheap and expand much easier. Also, the 6800GS, while being awsome is going to start to be phased out, and the first 7800GT has hit the $250 mark. By the time sAM2 comes out, you can build a budget system that will be in this generation and upgradable. Still, for now that system isn't that bad. I would suggest a different mobo (my friend used that one for a day before I got him to return it, the psu isn't bad for budget builds like that tho there is better, and typically buying a single stick of ram is better than 2, so you could add another which might be a good idea with that system. It's up to you... You could have that now, or you could wait till June and buy something that'll last a good while longer.

Actually I just priced a new Shuttle 64-bit Pentium Dual core system with a Refurb X800GTO Pci-Express for only $675 that I would much rather have.
So I guess this thread is now pointless...
