Please help me out....trying to upgrade RAM on a laptop

Hi, I have a VAIO VGN-FS760/W .... and i would like to upgrade the RAM that came with it (512) to 1 gig.... I was looking at these two...

are these even going to work? should i be looking at better brands? is this going to make a large, significant difference in the speeds on my laptop?
