I have a comp that is running slow and i checked the CPU usage and its often 90-100%. I checked the processes and system idle is the task using up to 98% cpu usage. What does this mean and how do i fix it?

I would probably send this to the Virus, Spyware, Malware forum, and read the rules there, and eventually post a HiJack This! log, and it will be sorted out through that.
Hi im running XP, i just got it back from a computer shop as they fixed some spyware on it. Iv run NOD32,S & D, Ccleaner, MAS beta, Adaware
and they aint pickn anything up. Ill try a hijack this log next.
