thanks all tried but didnt really have time to sort things out, still running with classic theme but warez monsters thing seemed to work but i didnt have time to finish

Maybe themes are disabled in services.msc?

well i was getting ****ed off at my pc for other reasons(like programs that wouldnt uninstall or delete) (msn wouldnt work ) so i decided to reformat (took 20mins)
it was easy cux i made some partitions on the previousinstal

now everything works great

but ur idea didnt work cux i didnthave time to check it out that much

main reason i reformatted is cux myipod shuffle wouldnt work(still doesnt) know how to makeit work, any sugggestions
