I recently bought parts to build a new computer.
I shorted my first MB with all the parts in it, because i did not know i needed spacers to connect MB and case >_< !!
I ordered a new MB came yesterday i installed everything and theres no input.

Strange thing is when i plug the psu on and turn on the case switch everything turns on for 1 sec then stops, i press case switch again then it turns on.
The fans and leds are on but i get no video output. The montior is blinking green and no output, the keyboard lights up for one sec then is off.
And im not sure my case came with speakers all i see are line in out connectors but no pcspeakers, so i cant listen to beeps is there anyway i can get it to beep?

these are the possible causes i think are:

450w PSU came with case so duno if it is good

The video card and MB are not compitable

Bad CPU, which i have connected and shorted the old MB on it (really hope thats not the case)

Bad Ram from short?

These are the specs of my system :
AMD Athlon 64 X2 4400+

BIOSTAR TForce4SLI Socket 939 NVIDIA nForce4 SLI ATX AMD Motherboard

Patriot 1GB 184-Pin DDR SDRAM DDR 400 (PC 3200) Unbuffered

POWERCOLOR R41BL-ND3 Radeon X700 256MB DDR PCI Express
x16

please anyone can provide any info
