How do you bypass windows xp log in?

Ok how do you do this. My dad locked me out for all wrong reasons. Hes getting divorced and doesnt want my mom going on pc and i keep forgetting him to tell me password so i only go on when hes logged in, any way to bypass this? No there are no other accounts. Just his with fairly long pass.......

Press CTRL-ALT-DEL on the blue login screen. Enter Administrator as user name. Try without password. Maybe he forgot to set a password.
