Pic On Desktop That Won't Go Away! Help!

Okay, I've been helping fix problems on the neighbor's computer lately. Today, she called me over because there was this random picture (a map of Montana, if you must know) on her desktop that won't go away. She's running XP on a Dell.

I couldn't select the picture, and it's not a program that's running. Restarting the computer didn't help. It's isn't part of the background. I even deleted the pic from her documents folder. No luck.

What can I do to get rid of this? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Ok this is any help.I don't know much about XP,but you should have a way to control your desktop.
Try Windows help and type desktop or walpaper or themes.
This is the millenium way.Up at the top is none.

it's not part of any wallpaper. I changed it and the pic wasn't part of the wallpaper in the preview, and showed no matter what wallpaper I used.

I'll check for the adware/spyware sometime (she's not home this weekend).
