I would do a search for the benchmarks of both cards. The 6200 is newer but lower end. The 9600 is kind of dated, but will probabally still perform decently. You can always overclock the 6200 a bit.
well the xt is better than the pro.............however i would still go with the pro if it is significantly cheaper. The 9600pro will give you better performance than the 6200. If there is a good 9600xt for cheap then get that. don't spend too much on ti though. If you are going to spend a $100 then I'd say go with this card. It's what I ahve and I love it. It's perfect for any budget build. Asus 6600: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16814121197
I payed $130 for mine right bdefore Christmas but now it has dropped to $97 on sale. If you can reach to $100 then I'd go with that.
well i have a celeron 2.8ghz 400fsb 128L2 cache, will i be better off buying a graphics card or just buying an amd sempron 2800+ and a new motherboard? i only got $200AU to spend, also if i buy the sempron will it run better with my 9250?
just keep your celeron and go for a new videocard, and more ram. If you get that Sempron you will see better performance, but it is better to get more ram and a new videocard for gaming.
