Worth the Difference?

Would there be a significant amount of difference between the AMD Athlon 3200+ and the AMD Athlon 3700+ ?

Would it be worth the extra money?

and finally, would they both work with this Motherboard


if it isnt compatible then can you give a link to a compatible motherboard close to the same price?

mobo link is dead... Looks like they would perform about .4GHz differently. Depends on what you want to do with the processors.. You could always OC the 3200 to get it to 3700+ levels. It's been done numerous times in these forums.

The mobo will work, and its a great one too

It really depends on what your doing, even though you can overclock the 3200+ to 3700+ speeds, the sandy has more L2 cache, extra 512kb lol. I see no need to spend extra money on that little bit more L2 cache, when you can spend that on more ram, better GPU, etc.
