Is this a good card?

Too broke right now to buy a new computer so can't get the fancy video cards but my ati radeon diamond s110 256megs doesn't have shaders and stuff which prevends me from playing the newer stuff. Just to note my tower is only 250watts.

Will this game work well for me on my p4 2.53ghz 1gig ram HP computer? Worth the cash?

It's a low-end gaming video card. It should work on most video games though.

Ok. Just hard to decide. Don't want to spend too much because will be upgrading whole thing in 6-12months with a big videocard.

I can't even play demo to stubbs zombie and i bet my current card won't play Oblivion.

that video card wont play oblivion with any settings up but if you turn them all down you should be able to play it ok.
