DFI Lanparty Expert - fan replacement

ok, got my system up and running, everything is going great....but that **** little fan on the motherboard is driving me nuts....it's by far the loudest fan in there....my question....has anyone replaced this fan before? i've never replaced one period...wondering how difficult it'd be to replace, and put a silent heatsink on it....i'll rig another fan to blow on it if i must, but i'd like to get rid of this noisy piece of crap.....

when you say little fan are you refering to the one on the northbridge or the cpu fan?

I think he's talking about the chipset fan.
