The very very similar problem was with me. The computer techie came to my home. First you should remove the motherboard from its original place (remove the screws). Then, remove the CPU fan and clean it with a small tooth brush. after removing completely allll the parts from the PC......keep the motherboard on a thing such as paper where it will not cause STATIC ELECTRICITY. Tighten all the wires in your motherboard. Thats IT and put all the parts properly in the Cabinet.
