when did opterons overclock the best?

So i would have to let the ram run sloower your saying to reach those cpu speeds? I really have no idea how ram fits into this whole equation.

The mushkin Extremem performance would work good im not sure about the gigaram i only think 2 people on these forums use it maybe more but never seen an overclock with it. the best overclocking would be mushkin with BH-5 chips but only avaible in 512mb sitcks so only 1gb of RAM if you go with the BH-5 RAM.
