switching game sticks

I am a hardcore gamer and i have a gamepad,flightstick n52 speedpad and a steering wheel.The problem is some of them conflict with each other so I got a hub and have to plug and unplug depending on which one i want to use.Is there a program or something I can use to keep them all plugged in and activate the one i want to use when i want to use it?

the axis get messed up on some games when cetain controlers are plugged in at the same time.Like I cant get my wheel to asighn the axis when my n52 pad is plugged in
