Graphics card or driver prob.

Hi.
I've got a slight problem with my gfx driver or card, I don't know which one. Everytime I switch on my computer, I always have to change the screen refresh rate back up to 75 Hertz from 60 Hertz. I don't know why it does it. Any help would be appreciated.

Windows XP Pro SP 2
AMD Athlon 64-bit 3200+
180 gig HDD
1024 mb DDR RAM
nVidia GeForce 6600 GT (128mb)

are they the lastest drivers for nvidia or from the cd or windows update?

went to nVidia site and downloaded latest drivers

did you check off "hide modes my monitor can't display" under refresh rates?
