Help with Browseui.exe error message

if nothing happens......just call a computer expert techie......or if u r rich......buy a new hard disk........if u want the data on this hard disk....then make a HD-HD USB connection and back up the data

i downloaded the file (browseui.dll) from (http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex/dll-files.shtml?browseui) and then extracted the file to windows\system directory and then restarted my laptop and it doesn't say it needs the file to work but still only the background appers.

i havent tried it yet so i dont know if it will ask you to pay or not but this came up with the error you are having. Did you try ccleaner?
