No. You need a new psu or an adapter.

i am running my mobo that is a 24pin but i am useing my 20 pin psu on it and it is running good but i also have a 24 pin psu i boguht jsut incase it didnt but for now it works fine

It works but you dont really want to do that. It can cause stability issues with some mobos. I wouldnt really recommend you do that unless you absolutly have too.
