Trouble with rig.

Ok I bought a new x800xl graphics card. Something like that. I also bought a gigabyte motherboard and a new processor (Intel).

The computer starts up find and all. But the monitor does not load and I notice that my mouse and keyboard does not have any lights. I'm sorry I sound so newbish with this.

One other thing that could be the problem is that I don't have any memory. Also their is not a on board video. Also the card I'm using is pci-e.

Any help would be great.

Not every one can be a amateur computer repair person. Thanks for the feedback gramps. I'll go purchase some memory first and If I have any problems I'll make sure to come back and ask you first.
