what is going on with my sis's computer!!!????

Well.. i put a new motherboard in there and figured that instead of going through all the bs of switching to slave ,putting it in mine, recovering data, set back to master, install windows on her comp, then put it back as slave so i can put data back on it.. i figured i would just create a new partition when i put in the windows disc.. so i change the boot priority to cd and i put in the windows cd.. and it says that i cant enter windows because of a recent hardware change (the motherboard) and gives me the option to start up in safe mode and all that fun stuff...this comp really needs to be going soon.. so any help would be nice
