its called OcUK Gamer Emprex 17" LCD Monitor - Black (MO-011-OK) i dont know if its good or not (the reason o picked it cos it was cheap)

Get a good Viewsonic of Samsung 17". The Samsung 730B is a pretty good model. Its best when it comes to LCDs if you buy locally rather than on newegg or some other online site because you can "try it out", as well as exchange it if it has dead pixels, which the online sites won't go for.

to rate an lcd good .. the lower the ms the better but unless you need xtreme performance than like 8-12ms is fine ... i dont see ghosting on mine i have a 12ms
