Looks like i will be upgrading my current pc somwhat?Heres my current set up
A8V DLX Rev 2
3200 Winchester
6800 Gt
2 Gig OCZ
RAptor 74
Audigy 2
ANtec Psu 550

I want to go PCIe, im do not overclock, i want a motherboard that will support dual graphics cards(SLi for near future) but at first i will only use one card. My budget for this is bout 500 dollars. From the old rig i will keep the cpu for now, ram, hd, sound card, and psu

Anythin less expensive, how much inscrease in performance will i see from GT to GTX, and any cheaper mb?

The ASUS motherboard would be fine, but stick to eVGA for the video card. You may pay a little more for it than the XFX you posted, but you get a more reliable card. The rate of failure for XFX cards is much higher than eVGA's. Make sure you choose an eVGA card with "-AX" on the end of the model #. Those cards have lifetime warranties.
