Windows 98 Update

If I update my Win98se, it says "Administrator Only" but I don't use password or anything when computer starts.

How can I update my Win98se?

5 computers here only use Win98se. And we could not afford yet to upgrade the OS. and the specs of our computers are low. So I just want to update our Win98se thru MS site.

win98 doesnt have user security rights like an nt system has.
