Location of Software expiration dates

I am trying to determine the location of the expiration dates for any subscription software, e.g. Nortons, Webroot, etc.

Can anyone tell me where I can find this information. My guess was the registry...but I was not successful in finding this information.

For what, in particular? These things are well-hidden and designed so that the average computer-geek can't go in and modify them to extend their subscriptions.
