usually u can ground urself jsut by touching the inside of the case which usually works also and jsut read building guides they well help alot and also keep the wires nice so it allows decent airflow within in the computer. Thermal paste is also very nice and (there is no need to type alot of bs so u keep this posted on the top. Give peple time to post things don't happen instantly.)
