Stock 2800 fan...

My AMD 64 2800 runs at 62 C on full load with my stock heatsink and fan...is this normal or am I freaking out for a reason? I didn't overclock and I measured this right after I turned on the comp.

Either way, it's hot, but I'm wondering if it's an Athlon XP or an Athlon 64. If it's an Athlon 64, turn it off and keep it off. Inspect the way the heatsink is seated and make sure you're getting a good connection between the heat spreader and heatsink. If it's an Athlon XP, I suggest the same thing, but it's not AS perilous.

It's a 64. I've checked it like 5 times. The only thing I can see close to why it's so hot is because the thermal grease is old and more than half of it is wiped off from the time I had to return my crappy mobo.
