unplug EVERYTHING. all the power / IDE and plug in JUST THe PS into the MOBO and see if u can get it to boot. oh make sure u leave monitor plugged into the back.
Thanks guys for all your help... I found out what the problem was though... The mobo fried oh well... its under warrenty... to bad they will take the bad one... i want to keep the p4
turns out it was my psu.. it was faulty and in 3 months fried 4 mobos and 6 sticks of ram... put in a new psu and it works fine.. switch out psu's if you can
