Thanks both for your help, i was talking to my dad on the phone and he says he will help me to oc my pc so i will be ocing.
On a 7800gt would it be worth getting 512mb or just 256?

'Just' 256, but it is a great card. I play games on highest settings with it flawlessly.

You may want to consider a Hiper type R 580w as you live in the UK. It is a beautiful PSU, that is extremly reliable and quiet.
